Cutting Out Homelessness Foundation Inc is a St. Louis-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity and preventing homelessness before it starts. Through free professional grooming services, community resource connections, and job-readiness support, we serve individuals experiencing homelessness, youth at risk, those transitioning out of institutions, people between jobs, and anyone facing housing instability. We believe a fresh cut is more than appearance— it’s a tool for reentry, employment, and restored confidence. Because the most powerful thing a barber can do is change not just how someone looks, but how they see themselves and how the world sees them.
